Considering the financial and convenience aspect of interisland travel, what is your preferred Hawaii interisland airlines? Well, let’s examine our options…
Hawaiian Airlines
Hawaiian Airlines is probably the most popular Airline in Hawaii. They service all major Hawaiian Islands except for Moloka’i. Aside from traveling interisland Hawaii, they also extend flights to the United States Mainland (California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, and Arizona), and Internationally (Australia, the Phillipines, Samoa, and Tahiti).
Hawaii interisland air travel tickets normally range from $49+ one way.
Go Hawaiian Airlines
Go Hawaii Airlines is one of the newest Airline to Hawaii, and famous for their $1.00 one-way airfare tickets sales that they have had in the past. Go Hawaii Airlines often have specials and promotions, and Go services all major Hawaiian Islands. Their one-way airfare tickets range from $29+.
Hawaii’s Island Air
Also servicing all major Hawaiian Islands, I think it’s safe to say that Island Air is the second most popular and well established airline in Hawaii. One-way airfare tickets range from $39+.
Aloha Airlines
Aloha Airlines offers interisland flights to all major Hawaiian Islands and also to the Mainland in California, Nevada, and Illinois. As of now, one-way tickets go from $108+.

Various Charter Airlines (Pacific Wings Hawaii, etc.)
Would you like to charter a plane and/or don’t mind riding smaller aircrafts? Hawaii charter airlines (such as Pacific Wings) offer interisland airfare also. Pacific Wings’ tickets start from $39 one way.
Which Airline do you prefer?
Well, personally, I’d have to go with Island Air. They’ve been reliable and very convenient in all of my experiences. I travel interisland using Island Air roughly 3-7 times a year, and no problems as of yet.

Personally I think I’d prefer the one made from chocolate. Although in saying that, chocolate and travel sickness probably don’t mix too well.
Well, I don’t know about chocolate, but candied ginger is great for travel sickness.
I’ve only ever flown on Hawaiian … and that was kind of by accident. Coming back from Iraq, I missed my connecting flight in LA, and had to fly through Maui. Unfortunately I was too tired to see much. Oh well, maybe next time.
