If you enjoy the music of the rock band Smashmouth, than no doubt you will be wanting to attend the upcoming Smashmouth music concert that will be happening on Oahu, Hawaii in August 2008. That’s right, Smashmouth is coming to town!

Smashmouth will be in concert on August 2, 2008. This happens to be a Saturday, so mark your calendars asap if you would like to be ready for this upcoming Hawaii event.

If you aren’t familiar with Smashmouth, this rock group released their first album way back in 1999. Smashmouth’s first album was entitled All Star, and their first hit was Walkin’ On the Sun. Their sounds are a little reminiscent of contemporary alternative and ska groups such as the Mighty Mighty Bosstones and perhaps even Sugar Ray.

If you’re interested in the Smashmouth concert, than you’re probably wondering who will be opening for them. Well, Hawaii’s own Go Jimmy Go will be the opening act. The sounds of Go Jimmy Go has got a little rock, reggae, and ska influences. If you like listening to Sublime and Slightly Stoopid, you will probably enjoy Go Jimmy Go in concert.

So, there you have it…two great groups, Smashmouth and Go Jimmy Go, packed into one great concert right here in Hawaii!
